Delete your Daddy Duty account
You can initiate deletion in the app or contact support from this page.
Delete in the app
- Open Daddy Duty and sign in.
- Open Family & settings using the profile button.
- If you own a family with other members, disconnect the calendar integration and transfer family ownership to your partner first.
- Select Delete my account, review the explanation, and confirm your identity.
Delete selected data and keep your account
You can delete tasks, grocery items, events, routines and child profiles from their screens in the app. Deleting a child profile removes its checklists and detaches it from shared routines. Information already copied into Google Calendar must also be removed there. Shared checklist history can remain after a routine is deleted.
To request help deleting selected data without closing your account, email dadstudios1@gmail.com from your account email. Identify the type of record and family space; do not include passwords or sensitive child care details. We verify account ownership and family authority before acting.
What is removed
Your Firebase sign-in account, private profile, private device records, your invitations and your family membership are removed. If you are the sole family member and owner, the deletion flow also removes the family's child profiles, routines, routine history, boards, shopping, events and messages.
What can remain
Shared contributions stay with a continuing family so your partner does not lose the family's working information. Google Calendar events and calendar sharing remain in your Google account until you remove them there. Provider operational logs or backups may be retained under provider retention policies.
